Quick Steps Analyzer
The Quick Steps Analyzer is a program that can be linked with your annual Affirmative Action program
to assist you with self audits throughout your AAP year. The Analyzer completes an in-depth audit of
your personnel activities and will provide the following analysis and report.
- Periodic Personnel Activity Report
- In this report you are able to enter your activity count by sex and race for applicants, hires, promotions from, promotions to, declined hire offers, declined promotions from offers, declined promotions to offers, involuntary terminations, and voluntary terminations by each EEO job group. Once the activity is entered, the analysis for all the reports listed below is automatically completed.

- YTD Workforce vs Terminations
- Impact Ratio Analysis Report
- This report calculates impact ratios for all EEO job groups for applicants, hires with and without declined offers, promotions with and without declined offers, involuntary terminations, voluntary terminations, and total terminations. Once the personnel activity is entered into the Periodic Personnel Activity Report, the Impact Ratio Analysis Report is automatically completed.

- Standard Deviation Analysis Report
- This report calculates the standard deviation analysis for all EEO job groups for all personnel activity. Standard deviations above 2.0 indicate statistically significant adverse impact which the Office of Federal Contract Compliance views as systemic discrimination. Tracking the standard deviation through your audit process allows you the ability to identify problem areas prior to year end.
- Once the personnel activity is entered into the Periodic Personnel Activity Report, the Standard Deviation Analysis Report is automatically completed.

- Work Force vs. Terminations
- Current Year Accomplishments vs. Placement Rate Goals
- This program provides a periodic analysis which indicates whether or not you have accomplished your placement rate goals.
- It is a required element of your annual Affirmative Action Plan.
- Once the personnel activity is entered into the Periodic Personnel Activity Report, the Accomplishments vs. Placement Rate Goals report is automatically completed.
