Quick Steps Inc. Company Profile

Quick Steps Inc. was founded in February 2006 by two Human Resource Professionals in South Carolina who discovered they had something in common - an understanding of what was really needed to prepare a quality Affirmative Action Plan, extensive knowledge of how the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs operates, and an incredible success rate with onsite audits.

Working as a team they combined their 65+ years of Affirmative Action Plan preparation, audits, and successful compliance reviews to offer the superior products and services they offer today. In August 2007, Quick Steps was pleased to announce a new addition to The Quick Steps team, a retired Assistant Director of the OFCCP.
